Rune Dragni is an engaged and dedicated professional, with capabilities in the field of environment and mobility. He has proven successes within business development, project management and administration. He has an international background and excellent communication skills.

Since 2000 he has been the owner and manager of MobMan Ltd, Oslo. MobMan has had wide variety of assignments and projects within the field of CSR and environment, and the last years they has specialised in Management Systems (ISO/EMAS), in addition to strategies for environmental friendly cars, public transportation, mobility management, retail and logistics. Projects has been commissioned by ministries, governmental agencies, municipalities, trade associations and a number of private companies. At MobMan, Rune has done various publication, trend-reports, analyses and surveys. Rune was also member of the board of advisors at TransNova, now part of ENOVA, administrated by the Norwegian road authorities and Ministry of Transportation.

Rune has fasilitated courses in Environmental Management systems (EMAS, ISO and the Norwegian “Environmental lighthouse”) and has a “Diploma Of Qualification In Lean Environmental Management” in EU’s “EMAS Capacity Building Program”. He is trained as both advisor and certifier for the Norwegian “Environmental lighthouse”, «Miljøfyrtårn», including project management for new and revised criteria-set.

In 2005 to 2008, he was engaged at GRIP (the Norwegian foundation for Sustainable Consumption and Production), Oslo, as administrator for governmental projects as “Klimaveien” (Climate-road) and “Klimaløfte” (Climate-Promise). Other projects at GRIP: Norwegian program on “Improved and cleaner urban mobility” and “Environmentally friendly vehicles”. Rune was also responsible for a number of GRIPs key accounts.

Up to 1999 he was business developer for Norway’s leading shipping company, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Ltd., Oslo, specialized in transportation to/from Far East and in collaboration with other international shipping lines. He also was «management for hire» as european key-account manager for Japan’s primary shipping line, NYK Ltd, stationed in Hong Kong. His know-how is from various “supply chain management” projects for several major Norwegian and European businesses.
 
MobMan Ltd. are a member of EcoTeam, TeamRed and Allinx (the European Association of mobility managment professionals).

Rune has a Master in logistics and transportation, from BI Norwegian Business School, Oslo, a Master in public relation and communication, from Institute for Marketing, Oslo and a Master 1ste grade, from The Faculty of Law, University of Oslo.
